The holidays are coming to their end, and it is time to prepare for the next step, like a new school year or university term, which also means meeting friends and colleagues again, things we know, also digesting what has happened during the break, what enriched us, what did we learn? Some of us stayed here, enjoying a more relaxed life style, easy traffic conditions, watching people in the cafés outside in the sunshine … going to summer concerts, taking a stroll to discover new parts of the place we live in. And by going back to our "normal" life style why don't we do something different this time, taking a bit of our holiday experience into our daily life, offering ourselves little spaces of breathing into the stress, a minute meditation in the middle of a difficult problem to solve, remember a beautiful moment in nature, take life and ourselves less seriously. Have a good laugh, celebrate life in each moment, be the observer of the games people are playing with each other instead of being offended or taking it personally. Smile more, invent a surprise for someone, make a compliment. And be grateful for all the good things we often even don't pay attention to. And see how blessed we are to live this life in consciousness. Also serve someone, simply because we can.
Let your imagination blossom and live in the present moment, not in the future (fears) and not in the past (guilt). In that moment everything is very well, nothing is missing. May our words be impeccable, lets stop making assumptions about the other people, we don't know what is going on in their lives, lets be kind to each other instead of comparing and thinking the others are better off. No judgment, we are all of the same family, all connected to everything and everyone and yet everyone unique, with their own talents and gifts. And nothing is by chance, and we can always learn something from every experience and grow. See the good in all. Even when my email account was hacked recently I enjoyed that so many people called me, quite a few amongst them from whom I had not heard for a while. Already for that it was worth my while.
These are times of big changes. Let us be open minded and listen to our own heart or our intuitions that are prompted from the inner part of us and that we sometimes don't even notice. And when
something happens in the same way several times in your life look closely at what you might change yourself before feeling like a victim. Keep the vision of a better world, how you want it to be and contribute to that. Let the love flow abundantly and speak with you heart, be authentic.
Here is the programme for the next few months. I also remind you that I continue to be available to play the Game of Transformation with you, an incredible tool of personnel development developed at the Findhorn Foundation, for which I am a certified focaliser, it is played with 2 to 4 persons and you enter with an intention which you carry through the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It takes about 2 hours per person. So if there are 4 of you, it is a whole day. The fee is 50 € per person which goes into a charity for a school in one of the favelas in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
I shall be in Brussels most of the time during the next four months, except for a trip to India from 28 September to 18 October.
Jasmuheen has taken a sabbatical time this year and has not come to Europe at all. She only worked in Thailand in spring for the Dark Room Retreats and will go to China later this year.
I have been part of the Pranic Festival in Italy this year in June as a presenter and was really pleased to be there with so many young people interested in our life style. The next one will take place at the same venue in June 2017. And in India I will take part in the Global Congress of Spiritual Scientists at Pyramid Valley near Bangalore and afterwards be involved in Dr. Newton Condaveti's Life University Project for two weeks which I already know and look forward to.
Love, Peace and Joy
